Amanda graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, minoring in Business, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English, minoring in Communications. After graduating, Amanda moved to Denver and worked for a financial firm developing internal operational strategies to boost firm growth both inside and out.

Drew is a Senior Wealth Advisor at Denver Private Wealth Management. He brings more than 14 years of experience working in the financial services industry. Drew joined DPWM after an extensive search for a firm that aligns with his core values. He is excited about assisting individuals and families make the best possible life-fulfilling financial planning decisions. He does this by focusing on meaningful and disciplined financial and investment planning, to make the biggest impact for his client’s overall success. Drew is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from St. Louis University.
Before joining Denver Private Wealth Management, Drew worked with major financial companies including Charles Schwab, Jackson National and Lincoln Financial. During his tenure, he has worked with thousands of advisors across the country with tax-advantaged retirement income solutions and asset allocation strategies. Drew chose to align with DPWM to allow him the personal and creative touch that is needed to address individuals’ unique financial needs.
Drew grew up in the Denver Metro area and attended Regis Jesuit High School. After attending St. Louis University, he returned home to Colorado and married his college sweetheart. Drew’s career took them to the Midwest for a brief time, before the Kelleher’s realized that they wanted to raise their family back in Denver. They have an 8-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter. When not at work, he and his family enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. They enjoy traveling, skiing, avid third grade sports super fans, dancing in the kitchen, summertime at the pool, and seeking out life adventures.
Matthew Lengel is a Partner at Denver Private Wealth Management who also serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. He enjoys being deeply involved in the Denver community as he works to meet people and impact lives through helping them with their overall financial picture. Matthew aims to bring confidence and clarity to his clients through comprehensive wealth management strategies and disciplined investment management. He assists his clients in retirement strategies and complex estate planning to provide a legacy for their families and communities.
Prior to joining Denver Private Wealth Management, he worked for Kathmere Capital Management as a Wealth Advisor. He was tasked with opening a Denver branch of the Philadelphia based firm. Matthew believes advancing his knowledge base to best serve his clients is critical. This is why he is so involved in the leadership of the COFPA, pushing the CFP credentials forward in the Colorado community and meeting like-minded advisors.
Matthew is a native of the Philadelphia suburbs and a graduate of The Haverford School. He was a four-year member of the Villanova University Baseball team where he was named to the Big East All-Academic Honor Roll in each of his four years.
While Matthew may not be a native of Denver, his wife Katie grew up in Highlands Ranch, Colorado and has helped Matt become accustomed with this beautiful state. They now live in Littleton where they have planted roots, enjoying everything the area has to offer. When not in the office, you can find Matthew on a golf course or spending time with family.
Tim Kulick has been practicing CPA for over 30 years and is the Managing Partner for Mitchell, Kulick & Company CPAs. He works tirelessly assisting his clients in the generation and preservation of their wealth. Throughout the years he has guided numerous entrepreneurial minded clients from start up to eventual business sale and every tribulation in between.
Tim graduated in 1992 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University. Away from the office, he enjoys traveling all over the country with his wife to watch their three kids play college sports.
Logan Richard is a Wealth Management Associate at Denver Private Wealth Management. He graduated from the University of Colorado – Boulder in May of 2022. Logan graduated with a major in Finance with an emphasis in Personal Financial Planning from the Leeds School of Business and a minor in Leadership studies. Logan is in the process of securing the prestigious designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ in the next two years while working at Denver Private Wealth Management.
Logan is originally from a small town north of Dayton, Ohio named Sidney. He moved to Colorado for college and has just moved to Denver to meet and connect with the Denver community. Logan went to a small school in Ohio where he played football, basketball and baseball. He is a fan of all sports and has now adopted the Broncos, Rockies, Nuggets and Avalanche as his favorite teams. You will catch Logan in his free time out of the office playing basketball, golfing, or skiing. He is also an avid cook and loves to spend time in the mountains with friends going on new, spontaneous adventures.
Brian Rettig is a financial industry professional with more than 22 years experience. As senior Portfolio Manager, he is responsible for security analysis, asset allocation and portfolio design for DenverPWM. Mr. Rettig gauges macroeconomics in order to develop top-down strategic allocations. He specializes in integrating these macro views along with fundamental and technical methods to ensure consistency and best practice application for all client portfolios. His risk-based models are opportunistic among asset classes while balancing risk/reward within a global asset class framework.
Prior to joining Denver PWM, Mr. Rettig served for The Institute for Wealth Management, building both tactical and strategic models for RIAs and private clients nationwide. Mr. Rettig previously served as Investment Manager for Sharkey, Howes & Javer, and as Fund Analyst for Matrix Financial Solutions. Mr. Rettig earned his BA in Finance from Colorado State University. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the Colorado CFA Society. Brian lives in Denver with his wife and three children.
Kristi Sullivan has been helping people try to achieve financial security since 1996. After graduating with a B.S. in Business from Colorado State University, Kristi worked for Great-West Life in the employee benefits department for three years. This experience gave her a strong background in corporate retirement plans, flexible benefit accounts, and group medical plans.
Kristi is a Certified Financial Planner™ designee and holds her Series 65, Colorado and Life and Health Insurance Licenses. She is a member of Financial Planning Association, Alliance of Professional Women, and the Women’s Estate Planning Council.
When not helping her clients, Kristi enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Her hobbies include her monthly book club, skiing, and traveling.

Brandy DeMaras is a Client Service Specialist at Denver Private Wealth Management. She has been in the financial industry for 6 years and comes to DPWM with a background in the mortgage industry. Brandy graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a double major in English and Anthropology as well as a Certificate in Cognitive Archeology.
Brandy moved to Colorado in 2005 for college from Hendersonville, NC and never looked back! She met her husband, Justin, shortly after graduating and they have been together for over 15 years. Brandy and Justin have been cooking and road tripping together ever since. When not helping clients at DPWM, Brandy enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and exploring everything Denver has to offer. She is an avid reader, foodie, and enjoys a good card or board game.
Mark Levine brings the financial services industry’s most comprehensive credentials in investment, insurance, retirement and estate planning to the Denver Private Wealth Management team. In addition to his Certified Financial Planner™credentials, Mark is also recognized as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™. Mark earned his Bachelor’s degree from Colorado College, Colorado Springs, CO. and is proud to be a recent recipient of the Colorado Five Star Wealth Manager™ Award.

Darin Snow has been in the financial service industry since 1993; he is experienced in Investment management, financial planning and strives to deliver excellent client service.
